Event Space Rental Request

. Due to our church ministry calendar, staff vacations, and holiday schedules, requested event dates for the window listed will not be able to be accommodated. Please submit requests for outside of this window, but understand that our staff response time may be slower than normal. during this window of time.

Dunwoody Baptist Church (DBC) uses a *two-step* process for planning and scheduling non-DBC ministry events in church facilities. Step 1: Fully complete this online form and click the 'Submit' button at the bottom. If we are able to accommodate your event, a staff member will contact you with a Facilities Use Policy and Agreement and discuss pricing options with you. Step 2: Complete the Facilities Use Policy and Agreement and submit it to the church office with any indicated monies due. Upon receipt of this completed paperwork, the church will confirm your event.

If DBC can accommodate your event, a staff member will send you a Facility Use Policy and Agreement. A reservation is not confirmed until the DBC Facility Use Policy and Agreement is completed, approved by an authorized church representative, and fees have been paid pursuant to the DBC Facility Use Policy and Agreement.
